About the Project
Origin Zero is a specialised division within Origin Energy, dedicated to helping business customers transition to cleaner, more reliable energy solutions. With a bold strategy to accelerate decarbonisation and lead in customer-centric energy solutions, Origin Zero needed to execute fast — but legacy structures and siloed processes were slowing progress. Teams faced slow decision-making, disconnected functions, and an operating model that wasn’t built for speed, adaptability, or cross-functional delivery.
Our Approach
Radically partnered with Origin Zero to co-design a new operating model that supported agility, alignment, and execution at pace. We started with two pilot teams to test and iterate the approach, then progressively rolled it out across the business. Working side-by-side with leaders and squads, we restructured teams into cross-functional Value Streams and embedded new rhythms, decision-making structures, and adaptive ways of working that reflected Origin Zero’s strategy and customer commitments.
