AI Foundations for Teams

AI Foundations for Teams is a full-day, in-house workshop that builds practical AI skills across your team, led by our expert trainers.

You’ll learn how to work faster, think sharper, and produce better work with AI. This hands-on workshop moves your team beyond individual experimentation to a consistent, reliable way of using AI every day.

Overview

Most teams have tried AI. Far fewer have learned to use it well. The gap between treating AI as a faster search engine and using it as a genuine thinking partner is now the difference between teams that pull ahead and teams that fall behind.

Teams we meet aren’t short on AI access. They’re short on a shared way to use it well, trust it appropriately, and turn it into real day-to-day value.

This course gives teams a practical foundation: what AI can actually do, how to prompt it well, when to trust it, and how to turn individual use into team capability.

Who should attend?

This course is designed for teams who want to move beyond ad-hoc AI use and build consistency in how they work with AI day-to-day.

It is particularly useful for:

  • Teams who have access to AI tools but lack a shared, effective way of using them
  • Teams wanting hands-on practice with real examples drawn from their own work
  • Teams that need a common language for how AI fits into how they work
  • Teams who want to understand where AI can and can’t be trusted, including accuracy, privacy, and IP considerations

No technical background is required.

Course Outline

This workshop helps teams move beyond individual, inconsistent AI use and build genuine collective capability:

  • Understand the current state of AI: Get a view of what today’s models and agents can actually do, and where they fall short.
  • Demystify AI: Break down the psychological barriers that hold people back, and build the context and confidence to embrace the shift
  • Learn core prompting patterns: Turn average outputs into genuinely useful ones with practical, repeatable techniques.
  • Go hands-on with AI: Work through real examples drawn from your own team’s work.
  • Understand where AI should and shouldn’t be trusted: Including accuracy, privacy, and IP considerations.
  • Examine the team side: The shared language, habits, and ways of working that turn individual AI use into collective capability.
  • Build a shared team playbook for how AI fits into how your team works
